Shipping & timing for the Spring Pre-Order
We’d like to share a few important notes about delivery and timing for this Spring Pre-Order 🤍
Even though this is a spring pre-order — and we know many of you would love to receive your order before Easter — the time left before the holiday is quite limited. Because of this, we unfortunately won’t be able to guarantee Easter delivery for all orders.
This year our team has become a little smaller — we’re currently one artist short. I’m actively looking for a new helper, but this process takes time and care, and for now our production capacity is more limited than before. For this reason, we can’t promise that all Spring Pre-Order orders will arrive before Easter.
For this pre-order, there will be two shipping options:
Fast shipping (limited availability, additional cost)
This option includes guaranteed delivery before Easter,
but it will be available only for US customers and in very limited quantities.
Standard shipping
For standard shipping, the order processing time will be 8–12 weeks.
Please note that this timeline is set with a buffer to ensure quality and smooth production. If possible, we will of course do our best to ship orders earlier — but we kindly ask you to be prepared for the full waiting time.
We also want to note that this Spring Pre-Order will be open for a very short period of time — approximately 24 hours. This format allows anyone, wherever they are in the world, to place an order without rushing and at a time that feels comfortable. We also limit the number of orders so we can work carefully and fulfill everything within the promised timeline.
